H1B transfer quey

Hi experts,
pls answer my below queris -
1- If I initiate H1B transfer to a new employer and the H1B transfer is approved, Can I join the new employer whenever I want ? what happens If I dont join them ?

2 - Let us say curently I'm with employer A and join employer B with H1B transfer and the petition is valid till 2014 for both the employers. Can I come back to employer A, without any H1B transfer again from company B to Company A ?

>>> Yu can join as long as the petition and the associated I-94 remains valid.

what happens If I dont join them ?
>>> Nothing.

>>> You either have to file a transfer back to employer A or leave the country and return back on employer A's petition.
