H4 visa

Hi,
I have attended the Interview in Hyderabad consulate for H4 US visa on 6'th of July. I was told that my visa is approved.

But I have not received my passport yet. Could any one help me in understaing the time that would take for us to receive the passport.

Usually it takes about a week or two. Give it few more days and then call VFS helpdesk. There are cases where the application went into admin processing after the visa interview. I hope yours is not one of those cases.

MIne is same case waiting since 6 july.Please response once u get the passport back.
