H1B Petition - Near to Expire

Hi,
I have valid H1b without stamping and its going to be expired on September 2011, so i have only few days to do with it.

Is it possible to tranfer it to other employee now or after expiration ?
Is there any use of H1B after expiration ?

One H1B CAP is valid for 6 years. Irrespective of whether the petition is valid or not, any employer can file a new H1B petition using the CAP from the old H1B approval notice and request an immediate start date (You just need to provide the new employer a copy of the old H1B approval notice or at least the receipt number). There is no need to go through the quota again.
