Hi all,
My wife attended H4 Visa Interview on 24-June-2011 in Chennai Consulate. They returned the passport to her and gave her 221G Blue form. In the Blue form they have asked us to submit W-2 for the year 2010 ,my Paystubs for 2010 and 2011 and all of my H1 documents. For 2010 I cannot have a W-2 as I did not maintain my status in h1 or L1. I submitted all of my h1 documents and replied back with a letter stating I cannot have a W-2 for the year 2010. After 3 weeks they returned all the documents that I have submitted and asked to submit the passport. I have submitted the passport to consulate on
14-Jul-2011. Is this a positive indication for approval ? How long it is going to take to get the passport back ?
