I want to go to India but I have one major obstacle.My husbands new company A merged with another company B just after a month of his joining. If i go to India for stamping at the consulate..will I face chances of rejection based on the fact that the company B has not issued a H1 in their company name as an H1 extension and transfer approval had just been done with company A. However the company B has provided legal letter stating proof of employment.
Is this letter enough ?. Or is there chances that my H4 will be denied in India. I need to be back to study by Aug and will have to change to F1 . Has anyone faced similar situation. And what r the chances my H4 may get rejected.?
