Hi,
I am on H1B and working as employer->vendor->client model. I am planning to go for visa stamping in September. Not sure which embassy to go? either Mexico, Canada or India(Hyd). Which embassy do you recommend?.
I came to US in end of Sept.2008 on H1B. I had my H1B stamping Germany as I was doing my Masters there.
Questions:
I came in Sept.2008 and I was undergoing some training and I dont have any paystubs or W2 for the year 2008(for the 3 months). Will it affect my H1B stamping?. How can I convince the visa officer if he asks for the W2 for the year 2008?.
For the year 2009, I have my W2 but there was only 35K ran under my payroll as I was on bench for few months(as you know 2009 was worst year for getting jobs). My employer is from NJ and I think 50K is the minimum prevailing wage in NJ and wondering whether 35K on my W2 will cause any issues for my visa?.
I appreciate your help/ suggestions in this regard.
Thanks.
