H1 Visa Transfer

Hi ,

I have my H1B Approved with Company A and I am working with them for 6 months now. Now I got a full time job with a Company 'B'. Company 'B' are going to apply for Premium H1 Transfer by next week.But my wife is in India. She is having her H4 on the Company 'A' Visa. Will there be a problem in Port of Entry If my wife comes to US after the H1 Transfer is Initiated ? Please reply ASAP.

No issues. She can use the existing H4 visa and your new approval notice to enter U.S.
