H4 Question

Hi All,

Right now I am on OPT and applied H1B and got approval and start date is 10/01/2011. I am not going for stamping now. And now I wanted to apply H4 for my wife.

The question is....

1)Can my Wife attend H4 VISA interview in September though she will travel to USA in October only.

2) Is there any problem with my situation since i have not gone for stamping but she is going for H4 ?

Your wife can apply for her H4 Visa anytime using your approval notice and she can travel to US after Oct 1 after getting the Visa.
