Hello,
Need to attend my h4 visa stamping along with my daughter who also needs to get her h4. I am not sure about the list of documents that i need to carry. My husband just got his h1b extended this june,11. I already have an old h4 stamped in my passport, i just need to renew it. My daughter and i are attending the inter view together. Please help me regarding the list of docs i need to carry.

If you already have a valid H4 visa stamped in your passport, then you can use that to enter U.S. I am not sure why you want to get the visa stamped again. Anyways, here is the list of documents required for H4 stamping.

I've (at present in INDIA) gotta a H4 visa stamped which is expiring this september. So my husband (H1B visa holder) in US at present has got his visa extended till 2014. As of now I need to get my visa stamped and also H4 for our daughter newly. I just need to confirm whether the list of documents that I need to carry for both my daughter and me are going to be the same. Do kindly reply.

Yes. The list of documents will be the same. You need to carry the original marriage certificate and the kid's birth certificate to prove the relationship to the H1B holder.
