earning from blogs on H1

My husband is writting technical blog and want to put Google ads to earn money.Thou the money from these ads is very less but can he put the ads.He is currently on H1 visa.

Please advice.

Earning money from any other source other than from the H1B sponsor is not allowed when a person is in H1B status. Consult a immigration attorney if you have further questions on this. Also, feel free to search for posts that has detail discussion on this topic.
