H1-B processing time

Hi,

My H1-B is filled in May-09-2011. What will be the total processing time for petition to be approved by US Visa Immigration department.

I already have 2 rejections of L1-B and 1 for L1-Individual so will it be effect my H1-B petition.

>>> Rejection of one visa will not have any impact on the other as long as the reason for rejection is not you (Fraudulent documents, criminal history, prior illegal stay in U.S etc).
