Here is my case.
My previous employer filed my H1B petition in Apr-2008.
It got approved in May-2008.
I got married in Sep-2008.
I went for H1 stamping in Feb 2009 at chennai and got a valid visa stamped from Feb-2008 till Sep-2011.
I came to US for the first time in Oct-2010. I got a job with my current employer in Mar-2011. They filed for my H1B transfer and got it approved in Jul-2011. I got the new I-94 until Feb 2014
Now i am planning to bring my wife to US.
Will there be any issue during my wifes visa interview, since i don't have my new visa stamped.
I have sent my new I797 , along with other supporting documents like employer letter, offer letter, paystub etc.
Please advice me if you have gone through such situation.
