Fresh H1B issue

Hi ..I need your help here..
I did my PG and having 9 yrs IT exp, I’m working for my present company from last 5 years. Now my present company wants to file h1b for me. Previously I worked for another two companies. My immediate previous company was very small and I heard from some one that, they had closed their business and even I’m not sure that the company is on black listed?

Is this creates any problems while my h1b visa stamping time? How seriously US embassy study previous employment history? I have to submit all my previous employment history documents to my present company for filing visa. I can not escape on this. Can anyone please assist me on how to proceed on this..

Comanies getting closed is not new to U.S consulate. You don'thave to worry about whether the previous companies are currently in operation now or not. As long as your experience with them is genuine and the company truely exist, you don't have to worry.
