I am an Indian working on H1b visa in USA, soon I am going to marry a Pakistani girl and is paining to bring her in USA, can you tell me please which visa to apply for n how much processing time it will take. Heard that Pakistanis have trouble in getting Visas cause of recent situations.

Your wife will need to apply for the H4 visa at the U.S Consulate based on your H1B petition. Once approved, she can travel to U.S as a dependent.

Actually currently I am in India on an unpaid leave from my company. I have h1b visa stamp.
Soon I am going to get married.
My question is :
Can my wife apply for h4 visa while I am on unpaid leave ?
(I took 6 months of unpaid leave on 15/April/2011)

You only need to get paid while in the US.

Yes, but you still need the latest documents from the employer to apply for the H4 visa (H4 can be applied only after your marriage). You just need documents to prove that the job still exist and the employer is ready to take you back on job after your vacation. If the employer can give you the latest employment verification letter, client letter (if you will be working at the client site) and other project related documents, then your wife can get the H4 stamped.
