Name Mismatch - Visa processing

Hi,

My employer has started processing H1b visa, I just happened to look at the space issue in the passport recently.

ie passport Given name Rameshkumar
All other certificates Ramesh kumar

No space in the passport's given name. Will it affect my visa processing? if so what would be the remedy?

It is good to have the name consistent across all the documents. The name in the visa will go by the passport and so does all the other documents in U.S (Driving license, SSN etc). I would suggest you to get the name corrected in the passport to match your other documents before you file the H1B petition.
