H1 extension - Premium or Regular?

My H1 is expiring in Jan 2012. I am working as a consultant and I have my current contract until Oct 2011 with a "possibility" for an extension. However, we are not sure how the business conditions will be at that time. I might need to search for a new contract. In this situation, how should I proceed for my H1 extension? Should I go for premium processing or Regular processing?
If I go for premium process even though I have 5 months, will it raise any red flags? Is it true that premium processing gets more RFEs than Regular?
