to revoke H1B

Hi,

Currently I am out of project with current employer, another employer filed my LCA last week and expecting it would get approved sometime this week and ready to file my H1B transfer in this week. But my current employer keep saying that he would cancel my H1B if I do not go back to India.

I would like to know that how long it would take to cancel my H1B if in case he does it today, Please tell me the duration to get into affect of revoke my H1B with current employer.

On H1B you are always employed and need to get paid. There is no such thing as bench. Without proof of getting paid you will not be able to transfer your H1 to another employer. Your current employer is right in terminating you and sending you back since they don't want to pay you on bench. However they are legally required to pay your one-way airfare.
If you have not been paid according to LCA, you can complain to DOL using WH4.
