  • OPT expiring...Want to file I-539?

    Hi,

    I-539 question -
3g. "Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the US since last admitted, or granted an extension or change of status?"

I am on OPT and employed currently, I was employed on Cpt also but different employer. What information should I enter in colum 3g. Should the empolyment be the latest or all the employment since the last change of status in which case mine was from H4 to F1. Do i have to specify all the dates of employment information ? include pay stubs of all the employment?

Yes, you need to include details of all the employment since you have been last admitted into U.S. Latest payslips are W2's will do.

If DS160 asks for that detail, then YES.

Should I report my Spouse 's employer information with mine as the question above says you or any other person included in this application as I am mentioning my spouse h1-B information for the basis of getting H-4 visa

The question is about multiple people filing the extension at the same time. If you and your spouse are filing the extension together, then you have to answer YES. If you are only filing your extension (single application without any suppliment forms getting filled), then you have to mention only about your information.
