H1 visa stamp delays

Hi,
I am planning to get my h1-b extension visa stamp in india. Previously in 2006, due to completion of h1 quota very soon, i have joined ITU for 2nd masters (university in sunnyvale, CA)
so that I could get F1 -status and also work parallely full time on CPT. 9 months later , I applied for H1 and discontinued masters at ITU.
I just wanted to make sure if this would be a problem at the US consulate since ITU is non accredited university.

It is hard to predict. However, if you have a valid H1b petition, and the job is genuine and you carry all the required documents, then you should be okay.
