Travel with H1B Visa Validity 30+ days - Issue at PoE?

I got my H1B Visa stamped on 8th Aug 2011 but my Visa expiry date is 30th Se p 2011 since my H1B petition was valid till 30th Sep 2011 only.
I am traveling on 27th Aug 2011 with just 30+ days visa validity, can you pls. answer these
1. Will there any problem at port of entry ?
2. Do I need to carry any additional doc stating abt Visa extension from my employer?

>>> No. The I-94 will be issued only till the petition expiry date.

>>> Not required. You can let the officer at the POE know that your employer will file the extension immediately. It is advisable to file the extension in premium processing.
