Another Stamping question

I have a question regarding stamping in chennai, for which I am leaving next week. I do not have the original 129 document, I did have the copy of it. I checked with my employer and they are check with the attorney to see if they got. In case if I am not able to get it before I leave, is it risky to go without 129. I work as a full time employee.. Please let me know...

Original I-129 is submitted to USCIS. All you will have is a copy.

Thanks, There is a question in Ds-160 asking has anyone filed a immigration petition on behalf of you, i did worked for a consulting company before who filed labor and 140 for me, so I need to say yes, but my question is I do not have any receipt number for the 140, so is it enough if I can just mention the company name in the explanation box. Please let me know..
