Europe Transit To India,

Hi, I'm living in the USA. My
H1-B Visa stamping has expired in April, 2011. I have a valid 797 from
my employer until April, 2014. I also have an approved I-140. I'm
visiting India November,2011 during which, I will also go for my visa
stamping. I'm traveling in Austrian Airlines with a 2 hour stop in
Vienna, Austria (IAD > Vienna > Mumbai > Hyderabad). Could you tell me if
I'm going to face any issues while going to India via Europe? Thanks,

My experience with Brussels

I am not sure about Vienna. But when I was in similar situation like you about Brussels. I called Brussels Consulate in US. They answered all my questions. They said we don't need valid visa to travel via Brussels.

You may need to contact Austria's consulate in US.
