Hello,
Due to the difficult financial state of my employer, we verbally agreed that to pay me later, when there is money (after 5 months).
Once it came they set me the rate is half of what should be and now they have no plans to raise it.
Problems.
1. So, after one year of my employment with the company (by November 1), my total earnings will be 25% of what was written by my employer in the paperwork for USCIS.
2. Because of I don't have so many work to do as my dirrect responsibility I'm in most of the time doing another job (in accounting). I know it is bad.
What should I do? I don't think that my employer has notified anyone (ie USCIS).
