I have got my H1 approved in Oct2010 with designation as System Analyst and got approval until Sep2013..I went for h1 stamping to India and received 221g and came back to US on h4 recently.Now my question is whether i can apply h1 as a Developer. because i want to try for jobs in a different technology.
