My Status - H1
Married in Feb 2008
Divorced in March 2010
Ex Wife in India since June 2008.
Old H1 expired in 2010..which was used for filing H4
My divorce is not in record any where in INS/IRS etc.
I have a a new employer with new H1 as single.
Planning to marry in US with my girl friend on L1.

What do I need to do for her H4 filing.

The process what you followed the first time. You will need the divorce certificate and the new marriage certificate.
