Hi Friends,
I have a valid work visa and I94 expires on July 2012. In my initial application my LCA expiry date was too Jul 2012, but during H1 transfer my new LCA had expiry date as last month.
Now only i have come to know of this and my company has asked to apply for a H1 transfer. Could you please tell me whether am I out of status now? Will this cause any issues for my future stay in US. Please advise.
