I am working in US in H1 visa. My friend in India wants me to work part-time in his own company because I am helping him everyday, that takes lot of my time. He is ready to run payroll (eventually I will pay tax and file form-16). Is it legally ok to have two different jobs in US and India. I dont want to do anything that violates the laws in US as well as in India.
