Desi consulting company running payroll but not paying

hi all,

I worked for a desi consulting company A. Now I resigned from them and moved to company B.
Company A didn't pay for the last 60 days I worked for them (they ran the payroll but didnt post the direct deposit to my bank account and the amount is still with them)....... I have sent many emails and they are repeatedly asking me to wait. It has been 90 days since i resigned and they havn't settled yet.

Please guide how to handle this situation. Should contact the labour department and report this issue? If yes please guide on the procedure.

Tell them that you are going to file a complaint with DOL. You should file a complaint with DOL and they will make them pay. You can also take legal action against them. What they did is illegal.
