had 221 G reject for F1 visa 10 years before.will that affect the H1B position???

Should i mention this in DS160??

Congratulations. Actually there is very little luck involved here. There is some luck involved in Visas that require non-immigrant intent like F1 or B1/B2. But for H4 all your spouse has to do is prove your relationship and legitimacy of your job/status.
