Teaching job opportunity in geography

Hi There,

My wife is an M.Sc with B.Ed in Geography and working as a teacher since 6 years in india. She will be coming on H4 and wants to find a teaching job. Here are my questions-

1. is there any opportunities of getting a teaching job?
2. is there any company/consultancy who can sponsor her H1B?
3 any further study required to get a teaching job?
