H4 - ECR stamp on passport

Hello,

The passport authority has mistakenly put ECR stamp on my wife's passport. She plans to travel to US along with me and we will be facing visa interview under H1B and H4 category at the consulate soon. Will the ECR stamp trigger any doubts/questions for the visa officer.
What calrifications to be given

Note: It is clearly stated on the stamp that, ECR (Emmigration Check Required) for countries other than North America, Europe, etc, etc.....

We know that lodging a complaint to passport authority and getting ECR cancelled can solve our problem , but it will consume time which is precious at the moment.

Please suggest.....

It will not matter for Visa interview.
When she leaves India, Indian authorities may question her. She can get it removed after the Visa interview.
