Working part-time on H1B visa

I am a full time employee of Company A which holds my H1 visa but i have ample time in evenings and weekends so i want to work on part-time for other employers. I see so many ads in craigslist for part-timers.

Just want to know if that is possible in a legal way without affecting my H1 visa with Company A.
I dont want to jeopardise my current employment with company A.

You are not allowed to work for anybody other than your H1 sponsor. Another employer can file concurrent H1 for you and you can work for both after approval. Part-time, temp jobs are not allowed.
