H1B without Cap

Greeting,

My employer has filled H1B without cap on 3rd August on regular processing, didn't receive the receipt number yet.

I have a travel plan in Nov 2nd week, is it feasible for me to get my visa by that time? is there any other way to get it earlier??

By Visa do you mean petition approval? If so, you can upgrade to premium and get the decision in 15 days.
