H1B Stamping , COS Case

Hi All,

I entered USA last year Aug-10 on B1 and then applied for new H1B , got approved and started working here..Now in Sep-11 , I am planning a trip to India..

I am nervous about chances of Stamping.. Can VO ask the reason for COS B1 to H1B & what should be the answer???? Pls share your experiences.

What things should I keep in mind?

I assume H1 was approved with change of status, with a new I-94 at the bottom of approval notice.
Generally I would not expect such a question. You should answer truthfully as to whatever the reason was if asked.
