Hi,
my company says that sometimes INS issues H1 visa even without providing a application number...is it true? i need a few inputs from people who have gone through the H1 process.
My H1 petition was filed a week ago, typically how long is the processing period? would appreciate your sincere feedback.....thanks in advance.
