H1B Petition Denied by USCIS.

Hi,

My H1B petition was denied by USCIS for 2011 quota on account of lack of speciality occupation.

Now my company has again filed a new petition for 2012 quota.What are the chances of denail this time also?

It is hard to predict. If you are qualified for the job and if all the documents support that clain, then you should get the approval.
