Hi All,

is 221 (g) refusal is considered visa rejection? coz I didnt revert the embassy after they issue me pink slip in 2006. Now I want to apply for H4 visa will my 221(g) will be considered as visa rejection? pls explain

Yes, 221g is considered as visa refusal unless the 221g got cleared later. In your case you did not submit the required documents and so the 221g did not get clear. So it is a visa refusal.
