H4 stamping and paystub requirement

Hi,
I worked in US on H1b for 4 years and then went to India for 10 months. I recently came back to US on after transferring my H1 to new employer.
I have been here just 5 days, hence I don't have any paystubs.

1. Can my wife go for H4 stamping without any paystubs?
2. Are paystubs mandatory for H4 and how many month's paystubs are required?

>>> Latest 3-4 payslips are required. But if you haven't been on the H1B status for such a long time, then the payslips are required only for the duration of stay in H1B status.
