Fresh H1b Premium Processing Application in RFE Status

Hi,

My company applied for fresh 'H1b' under Premium Processing. I got the receipt dated 19th Sepember 2011 from California office saying that they received the application for fresh H1b and the same will be processed under Premium Processing. On 30th September the status changed to 'Request for Evidence'. I am yet to receive the hard copy if the documents required. I have few concerns. Please respond.

What exactly this RFE is and how it will affect my H1 petition approval chances?
How much time USCIS gives to revert back with requested information?
Whether the 15 days premium processing clock will start again?
How much time it will take in all?

How much time USCIS gives to revert back with requested information?
>>> It depends on case by case basis. You will have enough time to respond back.

Whether the 15 days premium processing clock will start again?
>>> Upon receiving the documents from your side, the clock will start again.

How much time it will take in all?
>>> It depends on when you submit the documents requested in the RFE. It will take 15 days from the date on which USCIS receive those documents.
