H1B Transfer - switching to premium.

Hi,

I just moved from company A to company B. Company B has filed my H1 transfer in normal processing. My H1 transfer was filed on 07th Sep 2011 and I have the receipt from USCIS. The status of my H1 transfer on UCSIS website is showing "Initial Review". I have below questions about my H1 transfer:

1. I want to know if I can move my H1 Transfer processing from normal to Premium now?

2. I am planning to visit India next month. If I move my H1 transfer processing to Premium will I be able to get I-797 approval within a month?

3. Usually how long does it take to receive the approval notice in Premium Processing?
