Is Marriage Certificate & Photographs required for H4 Renewal?

Hello All,
We are going to India for visa stamping, I just wanted to know if Marriage Certificate & Photographs are required for H4 Renewal? Or is it required only for the Fresh application?

It is advisable to carry at least the certificate. Photographs are highly unlikely to be asked for.
