H1b transfer

Hi All,
I am working with employer A since Oct 2009 (H1B expires Sept 2012). Employer A is going to sell his property within six months. Employer B has alredy started application process for employment based greencard. Can employer B apply for my H1B transfer alongwith employment based greencard process?? Can anybody please tell me what are my options? A quick response is highly appreciated.

Yes, employer B can file. If you have already finished 6 years, H1 transfer will have to be based on pending labor or I-140. Consult a lawyer.
