Hi,

I am working for a company on L1B now which has a expiry date in April.I am looking for an employer who can sponsor H1s.Can any one help me find that?

Can I get a H1B now only with start date of Feb 15th or so?I am actually preganent right now and have due date in Jan.So by the time I apply for H1B next year I am afraid the quota would get over as it is hovering around 43k now only.

>>> Yes. The employer can request a start date of 6 months in advance. You have to be working as of the H1B effective date or you will go out of status on H1B. So plan correctly while requesting the H1B effective date.
