Doubts on H4 to H1B conversion

Hi

I came to US on Sep 25th on H4 visa status. I am planning to apply for a visa conversion from
H4 to H1B. What is the minimum time I need to wait for sending the H4 to H1B change of status application to USCIS.

Please advice. Thanks in advance

There is no such restriction. As long as there is an employer who is ready to sponsor your H1B, they can file the COS from H4 to H1B anytime.
