H1 Premium Upgrade

Hi,

My pettition is filed with USCIS 2 months back. Now it is in Initial review stage. My employer decided to go for premium processing and kick started the process. Now when i chkd USCIS case status it is showing as Acceptance stage which is prior to Initial Review.

I basically want to know : will there be any trouble in process when we upgrade the H1 to premium process after 2 months of filing ? Please clarify.

Your employer can upgrade their petition at any time. They should get a decision in 15 days after upgrading.

Hey Soha,

Im in exactly same situation as you. My petition got filed by Sep 28 as normal one; Later by Dec 21 it was upgraded to premium. Now it went back to Acceptance stage.

Did you get the result within 15 days. My case is still in acceptance for more than a week.
