H1B after L1B rejection

My L-1B was rejected with the reason that I was with the current company only for 15 months at that time (May'2011). Now I am going to H-1B interview on 31st Oct'11.

I'ld like to know different reasons that they could say to reject a H-1B ?

There are many reasons. But L1 rejection will not affect H1 application.
