Changing employer After I-140 Approved on H1
I have almost completed 6 year in USA, I have i-140 approved in EB3 category.
Beecause of some reason current employer is not ready to file my GC in EB2 category.I have H1B current visa upto May 2012. I understand, I can trasnfer my H1 to someother employer and ask him to process into EB2 category.
As I have current H1B upto may 2012 after that, I hope because of I-140; I will get 3 year extension.
When I should tranfer my H1B to new employer? right now or After getting 3 year extension.
Has anybody has doen this?? Is there any hope for me??
