Is there any hold period if H1B application got cancelled

Hi All,

If my H1B application got rejected do I have to wait for some period before I can apply for H1B again?

For example if my H1B application for company A got rejected can I immediately apply for H1B again with company B (which is my current employer in India) if quota not filled up.

No issues. There is no such wait time. You can file a new petition with a different employer anytime as long as the CAP remains open.
