Hi,

I am currently living in the USA and have a H4 visa stamped on my passport.
I got H1B petition approved in Dec 2010 and going to mumbai for H1B visa stamping in Dec 2011.

I have been working for the employer for this duration.

So for the question "Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*"

Should I answer Yes or No to this question.

Answer "No". The question very clearly asks about your visa, not your petition.
