H1B stamping in chennai recieved 221g blue(admin processing)

Had interview @chennai on oct 18th and got 221g blue form but did not ask for any additional documents but VO said needs additional administrative processing. its been 4 weeks and still no emails from consulate to submit the passport.

The client was contacted and the response was sent back to consulate. Called up DOS and they say its PENDING process.

For 221g blue, can v track the case number on the website? Will they update the case number in the case status report to submit the PPT or send an email ?
Does anyone know how long is the wait time for admin processing?

No one can predict the time that will take to get a 221g admin process clear as they are case by case basis. Contact VFS helpdesk and they will help you get a tracking number to track your case online.

I am also stuck with 221 g blue admin processing. I have a case number on the form but i couldn't track using it. I was told no online info is available for blue admin process cases.

Sometimes it will take a while to get your case status updated on the consulate's case tracking website. Anyways, you should contact VFS helpdesk and seek their help.
